Content Marketing Manager
Our North American team is seeking a talented, self-directed marketing content manager to lead our content strategy within the United States, reporting directly to the Head of Growth. Our team focuses on US market Business Development, promoting self-service SaaS marketing platforms for DTC and eCommerce brands. Working backward from the customer, you will partner with core team members and stakeholders to develop and build scaled marketing programs to accelerate Insense adoption within the segment. As part of this role, you will gather market and customer insights and use these insights to develop and execute a marketing strategy. You will prioritize areas of focus and resources to achieve maximum impact, build multi-channel marketing plans, and use a data-driven approach to decision making.

Role: Content Marketing Manager
Unit: North American Team
Mission: Develop and execute Content & SEO strategies in order to grow and scale the business.
Main performance number: Top of the funnel traffic conversion
Second performance number: Discovery, relevance, and authority of the website based on analytics
Third performance number: Budget spendings

How will you fulfill your potential:
Develop: Build and execute the Content Strategy by providing practical knowledge to enhance our lead generation process and add value to the customers.
Optimization: Create and optimize the website content to capture organic search traffic.
Copywriting: Edit, proofread and ensure that SEO best practices are applied to all content. Apply keyword research and recommendations to content strategies & development.
SEO: Create a link-building machine to enhance the authority and domain rating of our website.
Leadership: Manage a team of freelancers including copywriters, SEO, and SMM professionals.
Reporting: Build comprehensive reports in Google Analytics to develop a content strategy based on data.
Teamwork: Partner with the Product Marketing Team to continually improve site conversion by optimizing content and offering strategy ideas.
Leadership: Build and lead thoughtful leadership articles creation via interviewing Insense leadership team and customers.
Research: Conduct market research via external analysts or research companies to create industry-standard materials (i.e. Creator Marketing Playbook).

Skills and experiences we are looking for:
  • Prior experience in creating content briefs, managing copywriters;
  • Prior experience in generating high-quality backlinks;
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and an ability to apply keyword research and recommendations to content strategies & development;
  • Ability to analyze and act on data, and a knack for testing, experimentation, and optimization;
  • Comfort using Google Analytics, SEMRush, SimilarWeb, and other industry-leading SEO tools;
  • Passionate about content, adding value through the content;
  • Advanced level of English (both, spoken and written);
  • Required time availability from 9 am to 1 pm EST to sync up with our Americas team;

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous content marketing experience at a B2B SAAS company
  • Working in a startup under pressure hectic environment
  • Having a startup mindset.
  • Experience in interviewing market leader opinions and preparing articles based on that
  • Experience in getting market insights and working on research to create industry playbooks and materials
