Creators Outreach Manager
Our North American team is seeking a young, ambitious, and enthusiastic Outreach Manager who will help find, and onboard, the best content creators for our growing pool of campaigns within the US, North American, and European markets. Your main goal will be to help us keep the quality of supply at the highest level. This role is a unique opportunity to gain experience in the influencer marketing and content production industries. Our ideal candidate is able to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. We are willing to invest time and effort into educating and mentoring our team members and providing them opportunities to grow professionally.

Role: Creators Outreach Manager
Unit: North American Team
Mission:
Main performance number: Total number of new creators onboarded monthly.
Second performance number: Total number of Hired Newbies monthly.
Third performance number: Performance of the creators.
How you will fulfill your potential:
  • Sourcing: Scouting for new Creator profiles based on customers’ needs.
  • Manage: Take leadership of the outreach process: creating email sequences, contacting and communicating with potential creators to expand our creator's network.
  • Quality assurance: Screening new creators against our requirements.
  • Processes: Support the onboarding process of creators while improving the overall experience.
  • Relevance: Keeping our Creator database up-to-date.

Skills and experience we are looking for:
  • Proactive attitude;
  • Hardworking and ambitious;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills;
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Somebody who can focus on the “What’s next?” when faced with a problem;
  • Advanced level of English spelling and grammar (C1 level);
  • Analytical mind: somebody who understands the power of data and strives to look into numbers, and what they are telling us;
  • Experience using tech startup tools like Google spreadsheets, Slack, G-Suite;
  • Entrepreneurial experience or interest in startups is a plus.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Having a startup mindset. We’re looking for a self-starter who will be finding smart, low-cost creative solutions;
  • Being data-driven and a bit of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics;
  • Ability to quickly switch between strategic thinking and detailed execution of tactics;
  • Being performance and results-oriented.
