Participation in campaigns

What is really takes to be a Creator & start applying
to campaigns at Insense.
What is the brief?
Dmitry from Insense
The "brief" is what you see when you click on a campaign and it's what the brand gives creators to explain what they're looking for and how to give it to them. The brief is the contract that guides your work on the platform with an individual brand. It includes details like what types of content is desired, due dates and caption requirements. If you're accepted to the campaign, you'll refer back to the brief as you create your content to make sure you're meeting all the requirements.

The end of the contract between the creator and brand is clearly stated in the brief. Any violation of the contract can lead to immediate termination of the contract by Insense. Make sure you've crossed all of your T's and dotted your I's when you apply to a campaign. Once you hit that submit button, you've officially accepted the deliverables and rights as listed in the brief.
Can I participate in several campaigns at the same time?
Dmitry from Insense:
Yes, of course you can. We give you an opportunity to create content and make money without any restrictions! Talented people must be visible!
I applied for a campaign. How long does it take for the brand to respond to my application?
Dmitry from Insense
We encourage every brand on Insense to be as active as possible in their campaign but everyone moves at their own speed. The approval timeline will be different for every brand. If you'll be moving forward in the campaign, you can expect to be notified no more than 2 weeks after applying.
Something came up, and I can't complete my gig. How do I cancel a contract with a brand?
Dmitry from Insense
Well, it happens sometimes. Cars end up in front lawns, you can't find your phone charger, meteorite's fell on the city. If in the off chance something goes haywire and you're not able to complete a gig, let us know ASAP. The sooner we know what happened, the sooner we can let the brand know. We're definitely an understanding team, but failure to complete a gig may impact your rating. We'll consider every cancellation on a case-by-case basis.
Where should I upload content for review?
Dmitry from Insense
Finished creating all that content for the campaign you were accepted into? All campaign content must be uploaded to Insense & reviewed by the brand before you post. Campaign content can only be reviewed & accepted by uploading via the iOS app.
How does Insense know that I've posted for a campaign?
Dmitry from Insense
Once your content is approved by the brand to post, feel free to make it go live on the date you've chosen earlier in the process. Once this is done, please submit the link to the publication. To do that you need to follow 6 easy steps:
- Open Instagram
- Go to your profile
- Find the photo and tap it
- Find a three-dots menu right next to your nickname
- Tap "share" and "copy"
- Go back to Insense app and paste the link
What is the FTC and how does it affect me as Creator on Insense?
Dmitry from Insense
The FTC (Federal Trade Commission) is the government entity that makes sure consumers are being treated fairly. For our purposes, the FTC is concerned with sponsored posts disclosing when you've been compensated to post what you're posting. When partnering with brands on Insense, it's important to remember that government guidelines require you provide clear disclosure that you are being paid to post sponsored content. Insense wants to make following the FTC guidelines easy for you, so we provide the exact hashtags you can use in the caption in order to fulfil those requirements.
Why am I being rated on Insense? How are creators rated?
Dmitry from Insense
Ratings are helpful for brands when selecting Creators for their campaign because they give a sense of your history with Insense. Ratings are earned as you complete campaigns and are based on how well the brief was followed, the timeliness of your posts, uploads and quality o thef content and caption. Complete your gigs on time, follow all the requirements, produce great content, and you'll keep that stellar rating.
