Questions that might occur while using the Insense App.

There used to be a campaign on the app and now I don't see it anymore.

First thing you should know is, it's not just you. You're not going crazy. There are only so many applications a brand can consider at one time. When a campaign fills up with applications from creators, the campaign temporarily disappears from view while the brand decides on those applications. If the brand passes on enough of those applications and still needs more creators, the campaign might open up again, so keep an eye out.
Ana:
I was accepted to a campaign that involves receiving product, but I haven't got one yet.

This happens sometimes. Delivieries can get stuck in traffic, the city is covered with rain or snow. Wait a day, let the forces of nature (amongst others) solve the problem. If you're still waiting for a package, write to us ASAP (via the app, in the section "Contact us") and we'll find it!

I have a question about a campaign. How can I contact the brand representative?

We try our best to create conditions so the description of the campaign is clear and simple, leaving you freedom for creativity. If however some points aren't clear, you can use our intrenal chat to pose your questions directly to the brand. The chat option becomes available only when you enter the production phase.

I'll delete the app. What will happen to my data?

All information stays in our database, so if you decide to return, you won't have to re-register. We recommend you not to delete the app cause we're growing fast and very soon it will become even more useful to you as an influencer.

My account was hacked. What to do?
Dmitry from Insense
That's almost impossible. However, if you have a concern that your profile was hacked but you still have access to it, you can change your password in your profile. If you can't access your profile, then e-mail us at help@insense.pro and we will find a solution.

I can't register. What should I do?

The rain can come even on a sunny day. We are not perfect and our app can have minor bugs. Perhaps we just released a new version. So, we recommend you to reinstall or update the application. If the problem persists, write us an e-mail at help@insense.pro.
