Role: UX/UI Head
Unit: Product Team
Mission: Relaunching the mobile experience for creators, leading brand evolution by adapting interfaces with sales & marketing materials.
Main performance number: Conversion of new users to the first purchase
Second performance number: Conversion of home page visitors to registrations
Third performance number: Number of clicks of new user to the first purchase

How you will fulfill your potential:
Manage: Lead and coach UX designer team;
Research: Participating and conducting user research, competitive product and data analysis.
Present: Pitch the design solutions at regular meetings with product teams and CEO.
Roadmap: Execute on the product roadmap and help define product strategy.
Optimisation: Streamline existing user interface designs, improving design standards, and promoting implementation;
Design system: Take part in testing the platform for intuitiveness and experience;
Implementation: Develop technical and business requirements and implement solutions with the technical team, controlling quality on all stages;
Processes: Continuous improvement of design process through regular design reviews along with other designers.
Design: Create mobile prototypes for new product ideas that are simple and intuitive. Continuous building of design system and components library for further reuse.

Requirement skills and experience:
  • 3+ years of experience as an UI/UX Designer or similar role;
  • UI design portfolio, especially mobile interfaces;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to discuss and explain design options;
  • The ability to take ownership of the design process and work as a self-directed member of the development team;
  • The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions;
  • Critical thinker;
  • Problem solver and customer-centered;
  • Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Products, Mobile Design Guidelines for iOS and Android;
  • 3+ years of experience with HTML5 & CSS3 (preferred);
  • Experience with Weblflow (preferred);
  • Experience with data visualisation (preferred);
  • Excellent English skills (C1 level preferred);
